Abstract
Process of obtaining a new cellular pertussis vaccine that foresees the use of bordetella pertussis cells, obtained by culture in a fermenter, detoxified by formaldehyde, which after treatment with organic solvent originate vaccine preparations that are less toxic and as potent as the traditional cellular pertussis vaccine.

Processo de obtenção de nova vacina pertussis celular que prevê a utilização de células de bordetella pertussis, obtidas por cultivo em fermentador, destoxificadas por formaldeído, que após tratamento com solvente orgânico originam preparações vacinais menos tóxicas e tão potentes quanto a vacina pertussis celular tradicional.
