Abstract
Recombinant mycobacterium strain, immunogenic composition and use. The present invention relates to recombinant mycobacterium strains encoding mutated escherichia coli heat-labile toxin lt or the a subunit of mutated escherichia coli heat-labile toxin lt. the present invention also relates to strains of mycobacterium encoding the heat-labile toxin lt or the a subunit of the heat-labile toxin lt of escherichia coli mutated at position 63. specifically, the present invention relates to strains of mycobacterium which encode the heat-labile toxin lt or the a subunit of the heat-labile toxin lt of escherichia coli mutated at position 63 from serine to lysine. the present invention also provides immunogenic compositions comprising the strains of the present invention. the present invention further provides for the use of said strains and immunological compositions in the manufacture of vaccine to prevent tuberculosis and infections caused by mycobacterium tuberculosis. finally, the present invention relates to methods of preventing or treating tuberculosis in animals.

Cepa de mycobacterium recombinante, composição imunogênica e uso. a presente invenção refere-se a cepas de mycobacterium recombinantes que codificam a toxina termo- lábil lt de escherichia coli mutada ou a subunidade a da toxina termo- lábil lt de escherichia coli mutada. a presente invenção refere-se também a cepas de mycobacterium que codificam a toxina termo-lábil lt ou a subunidade a da toxina termo- lábil lt de escherichia coli mutadas na posição 63. especificamente, a presente invenção refere-se a cepas de mycobacterium que codificam a toxina termo-lábil lt ou a subunidade a da toxina termo-lábil lt de escherichia coli mutadas na posição 63 de serina para lisina. a presente invenção fornece também composições imunogênicas que compreendem as cepas da presente invenção. a presente invenção prevê ainda o uso das referidas cepas e composições imunológicas na manufatura de vacina para prevenção contra tuberculose e infecções causadas por mycobacterium tuberculosis. por último, a presente invenção refere-se a métodos de prevenir ou tratar tuberculose em animais.
